Ross is the Jack Sparrow of the Vergecast
He's a kind of funny guy and is enjoyable enough when paired with 2 other stronger characters, Elizabeth (Josh) and Will (Nilay). However, when you take out Will and Elizabeth and let Jack run the show, it just loses the magic and is not nearly as entertaining.
