How to fix those pathetic hsdpa speeds on AT&T nexus
went from .01kbp down and 1.4kbp up on my nexus 4 from following this tweak by whittikens on developers.
First go to settings >more>mobile network> access point names >press the plus to create a new one>fill in what you see in these screen shots.
Save it, go back and select it. Now you will be getting speeds around here.
