Share Menu Item to Save a File
Hello,
I think it is absolutely ridiculous that Google is not supporting file browsing in Android by default. However, we can install a file browser from the Play Store (or an apk from the internet, for that matter).
This still presents a problem. For example, the new Skitch app does not support saving images to the file system. It does, however, allow sharing a file to other apps using Android's share menu. I do not want to send the image using GMail, or upload it to Drive, or access my file through any similar convoluted manner. I simply wish to save the file.
Is this functionality possible? Have you found any apps that can accept a file from the share menu and then save it to the filesystem?
