Google Music-like service for video

So with the release of the Nexus 4 with its somewhat limited storage capacities, I got to wondering if anyone knew of a service similar to Google Music that would allow for uploading of videos and streaming to one's handset, paid or free. I know this would be incredibly useful for me, but was unable to find anything in my (brief) search.
