Share photos to Facebook in Windows 8?
I noticed the other day that the Pictures app in Windows 8 doesn't seem to have any way to upload photos to Facebook. This is odd because it's a feature that's built-in on Windows Phone, plus the Pictures app has built-in Facebook photo viewing, and if nothing else I would have expected the People app to support that through the Share charm. The Share charm should allow a third party app to add this feature to the Pictures app, but a quick search of the Windows Store didn't reveal anything that looked like it had that ability. Has anybody found an easy or graceful way to accomplish this?
