iOS app to help me manage iTunes content on other iOS devices? Does it exist?

I've got multiple iOS devices linked to a single iTunes Library.

I want an iOS app that can show me the contents of my iTunes Library (Playlists and all).

I want that app to be aware of nearby iOS devices that are linked to the Library.

The app should be aware of the filetype limitations of a device.

I want that app to allow me to 'sync' a playlist to a specific iOS device.

I'll pay for it.

Does it exist?
