We had a good run but the trolls are here.

This is still a great tech community, but the noise to signal ratio is changing and not for the best.

Down votes will allow us to spend more time with useful thoughtful comments and less time with wasteful trolls and astroturfers.

It's one thing to be controversial or contrarian, but the amount of antagonism and blind fanboyism is overwhelming.
