Microsoft Store Employees Still Not Trained?

I have walked into a Microsoft store in my area on two separate occasions and asked about the 6 months of free streaming music on windows RT and windows 8 computers and how it differs from the xbox music pass. Both times the employees had no clue about the free six months of streaming music...in fact once they found out, they were telling me this would help sell devices to people who were in the itunes ecosystem. Not sure how Microsoft can send out press releases, yet fail to educate their sales force. Anyone else had this experience?
