I bought one a month after it was released. I've worked with all sort of computers (PC desktop, Windows Laptops, or even Mac Pro) and I do mostly developing, networking, and work a lot with VMware which it needs memory, processor, and fast storage as much as possible.

I'm really happy with MBPR and it does all the things I want to do perfectly. Although it's expensive, gets hot very soon, and if you are windows-based person well it has Mac OS X, you will love spending money on this one and even stuck with mac os x and force to use VMware or BootCamp for using windows.

Last word, only buy it if you really need to! no one likes spending money on something that doesn't have any use compare to its price.
