UNetbootin - Boot anything from a flash drive
UNetbootin is the end all solution to making a bootable flash drive of any operating system. It runs on OS X, Windows, and Linux operating systems. One of the most advantageous features that I have discovered thus far is the ability to take existing ISO files or selecting the pre listed ISO (predominantly linux based) from a drop down and installing it with ease through the simple UI. There are also several other download options for system utilities. All in all a great way to demo a system before committing to the full installation and good to have in a pinch.
