Doesn't look like Windows 8 will be very popular with "normal" consumers, and that's because from a user experience point of view Windows 8 is a lot worse than even Windows 7 for these people, considering they've been used to using Windows XP, and Windows 8 is the most radical UI change. I think Microsoft will lose a lot of "repeat customers" this way.
