Just saw The Hobbit "An Unexpected Journey" in New Zealand, WOO!
What a fantastic movie! I'd love to hear The Vergecasts take on it, although Joshua has said he is not interested.
Awesome stuff, I wont post any spoilers, but rest assured its a great, great movie! Very faithful to the book, with many direct lines which I quoted along (I finished relistening to the audiobook just days ago), and a few hilarious new scenes.
I've got to say, the Goblin King in particular kicks some serious ass, just a maniac, full of energy character, all mouth, and yet the bragging continues right to the very end!!!! :-D
