Help! Cannot open any app on Windows 8 (Fixed)
After installing latest updates it seems like my Windows 8 apps are in a locked state with a cross sign on them. Store, IE, and Desktop apps are fine but I cannot open any other app. Here are some screenshots:

When a Windows 8 app is opened, I get this error message:
Anyone else experienced this? Is it done by Microsoft on purpose? (I didn't try to hack Windows though.) What are the possibilities?
Update: Thanks everyone who helped. The problem has been fixed. Had to repair all the applications - using Windows Store - as instructed by Microsoft.
