TMobile Classic vs Value Pricing
I've talked to the loyalty dept at TMobile a couple times this week and thought I'd share my findings. I currently pay $139.99 for two phones of unlimited talk, text & data (10GB).
I was offered $10 off any of the value plans, plus a $200 credit. The two phones we would buy are the Nexus 4 (phone #1) and the HTC 8X (phone #2).
Deals Offered over the phone with Loyalty:

The net result is that switching from my current classic plan to an equivalent value plan would be more expensive. The only way to save money, would be by switching to a plan with a lower data cap or fewer minutes. Right now I'm waffling back and forth between the Classic and Value versions of 1000 +2GB data plans. They represent a substantial savings over what I am currently paying, but are only $210 apart on price. If my wife decides to get a Nexus 4, I could order hers from the Google Play store and save another $200 vs Classic.
