Vergezine/Distro
Hey fellow Vergins!
So I was reading the Verge on my (First Gen!!) iPad the other day - grumbling about the lack of an iPad app, and then it hit me...
When I'm on the go, I check the Verge for updates on my phone. When I'm at school/work, I check the Verge for updates on my computer, mostly bookmarking/reading list-ing longer articles for the train ride home. I end up reading those articles days later on my iPad, usually...
So how about doing something like Engadget did with the Distro for the Verge! It would be really easy to do - and it would make newsstand useful!!
I love how the Verge reads like a magazine - so why not just make it a magazine? It would bring in extra ad revenue, too - iAds have a much higher pay-through rate than Web content these days :)
