Prices of Hybrids
The prices of these hybrids are really insane. I was interested in some of the atom hybrids, but the prices baffled me. The Samsung Ativ with keyboard is 800 with keyboard, the HP envy X2 is 800, and so is the VivoTab. For 800 bucks, you could get a ASUS X401a (a slim budget laptop that's not too bad) and ASUS Vivotab RT. 100 more will get you a Surface Pro. You could get a touch screen laptop, an example the VivoBook, for 200 less, and that comes with an i3. You could get a Sony Vaio T touch ultrabook for 700. What's up with these hybrid prices? They are really under-powered for the price, and they are pretty expensive.
