Display Resolution restrictions in WP8
http://www.bloomberg.com/news/2012-12-17/htc-said-to-halt-larger-windows-smartphone-on-display-resolution.htmlThis news is definitely bad if Microsoft decides to restrict the resolution only to 720p. Im not sure how long itll take for WP8.5 or 9 to come out with support for higher res displays but fact is that WP phones in 2013 will require 1080p displays to compete with the Android offerings. The Galaxy S4 is due in March/April and will definitely bring a 1080p display. Hopefully Nokia can match such offerings with releases throughout the year and not wait till Holidays 2013 for a major upgraded version.
