Correction: "Pinch-to-zoom-ish" patent NOT invalidated, merely rejected in ex parte hearing...
USPTO invalidates rejects pinch-to-zoom patent. If invalidated, this would likely necessitate a revision of damages awarded. Should be interesting to see what unfolds next, as Apple will have the opportunity to argue its case in favor of the patent.
