JELLYBEAN 'PROJECT BUTTER' MARK THE RISE OF THE LOW - MID TIER PHONES?
Will Project butter make low - mid end phones more attractive to non ANDROID and android users, seeing how they will be able to get a smooth experience on a cheaper device, (apart from playing high graphical games)
i think it may also make people not necessarily opt for the most expensive newest device, seeing how you will get a smooth experience doing every day things
upgrading the s3 to jellybean (not that noticeable, slightly smoother)
upgrading the s2 to jellybean (massive improvement, same experience as s3 )
upgrading the htc one x (at & t) to jellybean (big improvement, as smooth as s3)
and seeing how the new IT processors are the snapdragon s4 pros, upcoming exynos 5 in the galaxy s4, and tegra 4, it should make the snapdragon s4 chip the standard in mid phones + jellybean = smooth cheap phones
