Home button free experiment.
Just had my iPad 3 replaced under warranty for an intermittently functioning home button. Got to thinking how necessary this button is. I use gestures quite a bit already. Out of curiosity I have taped a rigid piece of plastic over the home button. Will try to go 7 days like this. I am PC free and use the iPad as my primary computing device. Will report back on my findings.
What do you think I will miss by not having access to this button?
