What do you want from the Galaxy Note 3?

In light of the 6.1" Huawei tablet phone, I'm worried Samsung with get into a screen size arms race with the Note 3.

There are already rumors to this point.

Would you rather have:

1) Larger dimensions and larger screen

2) Same dimensions and larger screen (made possible by losing the physical home button)

3) Smaller dimensions and the same 5.5" screen (ditch the physical home button)

This phone took some getting used to, but I've grown to love it. Fastest phone I''ve had by far.

But if screen size becomes the new megapixel, I might have to look elsewhere when I'm ready to upgrade.
