New Sandia cooler the coolest cooler there ever was?

The part that intrigued me the most was the part about this new type of cooler being immune to dust build up, anyone who has a desktop knows how much filthy dust clogs everything over time.

I don't know how feasible it would be to get these coolers into laptops, but that would be a great target.
