My biggest disappointment has been the availability of the various colors and accessories. My wife moved over from an iPhone 4S and I upgraded from a Samsung Focus. She really wanted the yellow Lumia but we couldn't find it anywhere and AT&T said they had no idea when the phones would be shipping again so we went with white. I'm also dying to get the charging stand and the Luna headset but I can't find them anywhere.

The device is solid and feels great in the hand. The size and weight complaints in many reviews are a little ridiculous. It certainly turns heads and gets lots of comments. I am not a heavy app user but the essentials are all there for me (and my wife). We are hardcore Foursquare and Twitter users. 4th and Mayor is the best option for Foursquare and the built-in people hub is fantastic for managing Twitter accounts and posts. I would love to see Foursquare and other apps integrated into the people hub as well.

The screen is fantastic, watching things like PBS (http://m.video.pbs.org) on the screen look fantastic and the speakers do their job. Speakerphone is the best on any phone that I have owned/used. If you have a WP8 device and love music the Xbox Music Pass is a must. I have an old account so for $15 a month I get to download/stream everything I want plus keep 10 songs a month. Even without keeping ten (and only paying $10/mo.) it is great to have music across devices (phone, PC, Xbox).

Unless you are in love with some particular apps that don't exist on WP8 I cannot think of a reason to not give this a shot.
