Should i buy a PS Vita now or wait to E3 '13?

I love the PS Vita. I love it since the day of the presentation in January 2011.

Now its the first Christmas with the PS Vita available and i asking myself should i

buy one right now, even the future of this thing is uncertain

should i wait till E3 2013?
Is it possible Sony will introduce a slim-version and another price drop and announce some new games?
