To commemorate the new release of Paul Sheerbart's Lesabéndio: An Asteroid Novel, 50 Watts has collected some of Alfred Kubin's original illustrations from the 1913 edition. The artwork, like the book itself, is profoundly surreal and features worm-like aliens smoking bubble-weed and contemplating the nature of the universe.
