The Story of Windows 8
Not sure if this has been posted here in the past (I don't know how to do a word search in the forums) but I thought it was a really interesting presentation on the vision of the Windows 8 UI/UX. As much bashing as Microsoft has gotten over the Windows 8 UX, I truly believe they 'get it' and this is next step in the future of computing.
