Sony Vaio E Series Laptops: Questions!

To anyone that has an E Series Vaio laptop:

I'm very close to ordering a custom Vaio E Series 14" laptop, but I'm hoping to get some feedback first, as custom purchases from website are apparently final sale.

1) What size is your E series? Approximately how old is it?

2) Overall impression of the E series laptop.

3) Touchpad: The touchpad on the current E series has a fully clickable surface, no dedicated buttons. a) Is yours the same? b) Do you find it responsive? c) Does the entire surface register taps (as opposed to clicks)? I used a few other sizes of E series in BestBuy and the right quarter of the touchpad did not register taps, which I found quite frustrating.

4) Do you have the standard battery or large? How long does it last?

5) Any other feedback.
