Suggest A Good Hand Written Notes App for Surface RT
Is there a good app for Surface RT that lets me take hand written notes? I can't use inking on One Note not is there a proper notes app. I know there are a few for the iPad with fake palm block. Does Windows RT have something similar? I want it to work with the "fake" pens/styli.
