Apple iMac (24-inch, mid 2007)

I own the 2.8 GHz Core 2 Extreme version of this, and other than being forced to reinstall Lion after installing it and some minor quirks, all I've had to do is upgrade the RAM from the 2 GB it came with. I love the display, which is a great 1920 x 1200 resolution (although mine has a single pink dead pixel). Some dark scenes or backgrounds can look off with the display's fluorescent backlight, which is a bit less than even. It's design is great, although dated, and 1-uped by newer iMacs. The speakers are loud and don't sound terrible. It is quite speedy, and depending on who you ask, the software is great. Overall, a great computer.
