PopCap's popular Plants vs. Zombies game is now available for the BlackBerry PlayBook. If you've never seen it in action before, PvZ (as the cool kids call it) is a tower defense game that has you protecting your house against wave after wave of the undead. In order to repel the zombies, you buy seeds to grow different types of plants and fungi, each with unique defensive capabilities. The title was first released for Windows and OS X almost three years ago, and has since enjoyed success on iOS, Android and Windows Phone. The game is available now for $4.99 from the BlackBerry App World, and is a welcome addition to the fledgling store.
