Being my first Android smartphone, I can hardly be too critical. I've owned the Thunderbolt since March when it was released, and I'm more or less satisfied. I love the dual-orientation kickstand and the speaker underneath is loud and clear. My only qualm with design is that it's a bit thick. Display is good (though pixel count is low on today's standards). The camera is great in daylight but near useless in dim light or darkness without using flash. Call quality is good (typical Verizon). Performance is okay but certainly not the best or an entirely smooth experience: I can get about 1600 in quadrant. Personally, I'm a fan of sense and so I'm happy with most of the software, but again, much of it is a little jerky. The absolute WORST part of the Thunderbolt is the battery life - there's no way you can make it through a day on moderate-heavy use with this thing. Sometimes I barely even make it with TWO batteries (yes, I bought an extra).
