Skins on Android 4.0 Ice Cream Sandwich
Is anyone else besides be, wondering if Google is going to allows Phone Manufacturers (such as Motorola, HTC, LG or Samsung) to put their own custom skins on top of Android 4.0 ICS because Google did not really let Asus or Samsung to put too much of their own skin on top of Android 3.0 Honeycomb and kept the skinning to a minimum. Also if Google does allow phone manufacturers to put their own skin on top of Android 4.0 , and whether or not it will be alot of skinning like HTC Sense on HTC Phones or Samsung TouchWiz on Samsung Phones. Or will Google say NO SKINS ON ANDROID 4.0 and only allow them to skin like they did for Android 3.0. Also if Google does allow them then what will it look like. If anyone has some concept art for Skins on top of Android 4.0. Then please share them, if at all possible.
