I've had my porta-pros for several years now, replaced the pads once. They're super comfortable with glasses, the folding is a bonus and the headband isn't warped from being compacted and closed all those times. Sound is excellent. Best $35 I've ever spent and one of the only gadgets I've seen get more expensive over time even though it's still in production.
