Good evening, gamers. A third-party seller at Amazon is unloading digital download cards of Halo: Reach for $8.99 plus shipping. When combined, that's still significantly less than the $39.99 asking price currently on Xbox Live. That's not to say Microsoft doesn't want you to know about this: Major Nelson tweeted about the offering earlier tonight.

Reviews seem to indicate that the deal is legitimate, with one buyer claiming that the seller will even email you the redemption code if you prefer not to wait for shipping.
