Windows Phone 7 Update: Microsoft or Cell Provider.
I understand the sim free Windows Phone devices will update directly from Microsoft and devices from providers will only update once the provider pushes out the update.
Is this correct?
If so, is it possible to configure a Windows Phone device from a cell provider to update directly from Microsoft?
