Why I don't use my iPad much
During November I decided to purchase an iPad. It's a very cool device, but in all honesty I don't really use it much. I guess I just can't find a proper role for it.
I don't take it to class with me because it isn't good for extensive typing. I guess I could take a bluetooth keyboard with me, but just taking my MacBook Pro ends up being easier. I find it rather uncomfortable to hold on the couch because when I'm laying back I have to hold it up like a book and it's fairly heavy. It's much easier to have my MacBook Pro on my lap.
Is anyone else experiencing this problem? What should the proper role for my iPad be? Should I take it along side my MacBook Pro when I go to class? Should I take it with me when I go places for leisure?
I know that iPad is supposed to be the perfect compromise between an iPhone and a MacBook, but I'm sitting at my desk with my MacBook Pro and my iPhone. My iPad is in my bag somewhere filled with dozens of unread notifications.
