We have some incredible people doing some incredible stuff in the forums, and Verge user Sputnik8 just went all out with a detailed, comprehensive, and incredible-looking mockup of the Windows desktop with a full-on Metro-ish skinning. In case you're more familiar with Windows Phone's aesthetic, this is more like the Zune desktop app, or that early glimpse we got of Office 15. Except it's even cleaner than Microsoft's own efforts. Somebody in Redmond better hire this guy quick.
