I understand that some have a hard time with the overwhelming task of saying the first name Paul aloud, it is a first name with much commitment toward the end of the word that seems to grab the your tung and hold on for many moments that to the speaker can seem a life time.

First off this can be over come,and you can do it,

Second,dont shy away from the word but flood your life with it,what to listen to,Paul Mcartney or Paul Simon.

Dinner time , don't forget Paul Newman's line of fine Dressing and Salsa.

Movie Time,well Cool Hand Luke,more great Paul Newman.

Great Tech news,Paul Miller @The Verge.

And the list goes on and on,the only way to get over this is to use Paul one day at a time.

The reward of not giving up will soon speak for itself.
