The only reason Android has the market share is because they give it away to anyone that will use it.
What do you think would happen if Apple started to give away IOS to every manufacturer on the planet?
Why is this always used in Android vs. Apple pissing matches? Please stop.
Android, Windows Phone, and Apple all make the best mobile operating systems. All three have so much money that nothing will ever shut them down.
While one may be the leader in a certain area, in terms of UI, or functionality, or even market share, the trajectory for all three is the same. They are the big 3, and will be for a long long time.
