LTE Galaxy Nexus no longer supported by Google?
An article over on Droid-life.com notes that:
Google has removed "toro" from its list of supported developer devices, and there is a note stating that there "No CDMA devices are supported"
On the factory image site the LTE Nexus builds are listed as archived/for reference only.
It seems to me that the evidence is pretty straight forward. Having purchased one of these for the explicit reason that it was a Google Experience device, and that support/updates would arrive directly from Google. Hopefully there is a more reasonable explanation of the situation that surfaces but for the time being. I'd say that this will turn into a rather sizable PR debacle if Verizon has clearly abandoned the device.
Is there something I am missing here? I certainly hope so.
