I finally found one in stock locally, but will unfortunately be returning it. I’m experiencing intermittent loss of touch response. A lock and then unlock fixes it, but it’s just not acceptable for the price to have that kind of a flaw.

The keyboard dock is a little weak. You can’t handle this thing like a Macbook Air or even your average PC laptop and after only two weeks mine has developed some annoying creaks and gaps that need to be frequently re-snapped and make the whole unit feel generally fragile.

Compared to the Toshiba Thrive the software and hardware are outstanding. The slim profile lets it slip into smaller bags and even a few pockets. It is light and extremely comfortable in my hands.

The keyboard is extremely responsive and greatly improves the tablet experience. The dock release is solid and engages and disengages easily, but firmly. Unfortunately the keyboard toggles do not seem to use ICS standard functions and are not accessible when the dock is detached.

The only design defect in my mind is the nonstandard power connector and the durability problems I'm experiencing.
