I've had this mouse since last November and I have to say I'm quite impressed with it.

It has seven gestures:
-scrolling up/down (one finger up/down)
-scrolling left/right (one finger left/right)
-back/forward (thumb swipe (can also be adjusted for left handers in the settings))
-docking windows left or right (two fingers left/right)
-maximizing and restoring windows (two fingers up/down)
-minimizing all windows (three fingers down)
-Expose-like windows view (three fingers up)

The thumb swipes are particularry helpfull while browsing and I love the two finger swipe window docking gesture for general window management.

Overall the mouse is fast and reliable even on a smooth glass surfice. Scrolling is generally good but needs some adjustments in the settings. Right clicking needs some getting to used to, but once you are comfortable with it is good.

The negative:
-no middle click => not suitable for gaming

All in all the touch mouse is a very nice mouse for browsing and work which I do 95% of the time, plus it looks very sexy on my desk.
