radeon drivers and scaling for win 8
i'm using the CP and flailing about trying to fix the scaling issue that happens with radeon cards (the one where the entire graphical output of windows is in a smaller space than my computer monitor, despite being set to the native resolution.)
I can't seem to get catalyst to run at all, I've downloaded the supposed win 8 drivers from ati and no go.
any thoughts??? I know someone else is having this problem
