Headphone Recommendations?

Hello everyone, I am looking for a pair headphones that fit these requirements.
- Sound quality that cover most genres. Typically, I listen to most froms of "Rock" and Electronic. Sometimes orchestral.
- Under 200$
- Comfortable, even through long periods of use.
- Cable under 5ft. I had a bad experience with a 3m cable.
- Around the ear.
Also, would you recommend the Sennheiser 449's? They seem to fit these requirements but I am just not sure. Any recommendations or help will be greatly appreciated.
