Win 8 - Is finding shutdown really that bad?

So I ran into a forum post here or elsewhere about people not liking how you have to go to charms, settings, shutdown, shutdown option to get the job done. Personally I use Winkey + I, shutdown, shutdown option and find that fast enough for me. Someone suggested making a script with shutdown.exe /options.

Well I went the extra mile on this one. I bothered to pull up VS11 C++ and make a ridiculous little exe that has nothing but return (system("Shutdown.exe /s /t 0 /f")); in main. Gosh I even bothered to make an icon file for it. Does this and the above screenshot make anyone feel any better or will they whine saying it should just be easier to do on the OS level? Maybe, but I'm not that bothered by the settings side pane.

Just thought I would throw this out there :)

PS. Firefox is only on there for Flash Player + Adblock Plus. I'm really liking IE10 with the Fanboy adblock list. Fast, no flash installed for it, and 'usually' just works. It is beta. Firefox has some fun graphical issues :P
