I was not one of the many that jumped at the first generation iPad as I did not know how it would fit into my lifestyle. I didn't want to splurge the minimum $500 without "test driving" the iPad. During the course of the year that the first generation iPad was on the market, I was able to play with it and noticed how easily the device can transform and fit into my techie lifestyle. So, I went ahead and purchased the iPad 2 when it came out and I loved it! I was hesitant on the new iPad but the high resolution screen sold me and I purchased it this past Friday (LTE version). Man-O-Man, is that screen a killer! Hands down the best screen out in the market. Once again, Apple surpassed my expectations. I love the speed of the tablet and coupled with the LTE, it is super fast. One must experience, first hand, the screen and the quickness of the iPad to know what I am talking about. I, however, do wish that the iPad would have at least kept the dimensions and weight of the 2nd generation iPad. I loved the thinness and weight of it and I still notice a difference when holding it. I am sure Apple will fix the dimensions and weight next year once the newer iPad is released and I cannot wait to experience the new and improved iPad. I do recommend to those that have a 1st generation iPad to upgrade to the new iPad as you will see a TON of difference. For those that have the 2nd generation, if you love it then keep it. But if you want to experience the quickness and the amazing screen of the new iPad, I suggest going long on the iPad!
