How to do a master reset on a macbook pro.
Hello All, I am currently working with a Macbook Pro that is running OSX 10.7.3. We need to do a master reset on the system and need all personal settings and documents deleted. Since I am used to working on Windows I tried to get into a boot menu (f12, delete, cloverleaf, f10, f8) but those keys did not work. Is there even a boot menu lol? Pretty much I need to know how to do a master reset of the system and return it to factory. Any quick way to do this?
