Windows phone: Apps killing the battery life??
So like most of you people, we heard this week how ad-supported applications on Android, example Angry Birds or NYTimes, can suck alot of juice from the battery. Some use GPS constantly to bring down location-based ads and the apps stay connected to the internet for extended periods of time.
On my Windows phone, I'm really big on the News Apps, I got like 10+ different news applications.
Do you think this can really make a big difference? If I know I can save battery life by deleting all those apps, I'd prefer to just go on the news websites with I9.
