Over-sensationalising an anti-Microsoft story? On a tech blog? Who'd've thunk it...
Now I've been reading for a while, and The Verge is generally good, but does anyone else find it a little odd how sensationalised this story has become?
One Microsoft store manager is sour, an apology is made within hours. The lasting results: a story stream, several anti-Microsoft articles strewn with bias.

The above article, written by Chris, looks like it would be more at home on CNET - it really is that bad. Several of the comments to it have also been damning.
Don't get me wrong, I generally love The Verge, but this seems the most negative stream of stories since it started - and about such a non-event. It reeks of the vicious opportunism in the tech world which dictates that any negative Microsoft story must mean that they're 'up to their old tricks' etc. etc.
So, is it just me, or is anyone else seeing this too?
