Need your support and Votes Please!!!
Hi everyone, I thought this would be a good place to get some votes for a competition I am involved in.
A team from my MBA program at St. George's University(SGU), Grenada, are in the Hult Global Case challenge, which is a big crowdsourcing competition organized by Hult International Business School to get the best solutions to help some non profits with their missions. Consequently to help in the fight against poverty.
My group is in the education track of the competition, where we are supposed to come up with solutions to help One Laptop Per Child (OLPC) to be a more sustainable business and eventually getting their devices out to help educational systems globally.
We proposed a model which takes opportunity of the growing of number internet users in developing countries to help OLPC be successful. We also propose taking advantage of technology advancements such as ebooks and crowsourcing with open source software and cloud computing/storage.
